RESERVATION POLICY

To make reservation for 1 or 2 days, you will have to prepay the total sum.

To make reservation for 3 or 4 days, you will have to prepay 50% of the total sum.

To make reservation for 5 or more days,  you will have to prepay 30% of the total sum 30 days in advance.

5% Discount of the total amount will be made for 5 or more days reservations, confirmed 60 or more days in advance.

5% Discount of the total amount will be made for reservations for 10 or more days.

5% Discount of the total amount will be made for our regular guests.

Your payment can be done by a bank transfer.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of a reservation is accepted free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival.

If the cancellation is done 21 days before the date of arrival, 50% refund will be done.

If the cancellation is done 20 days (or less) before the date of arrival, no refund will be done.
